Our brief was to build a market leading Pet comparison service to provide their customers with an easy to use journey and a comprehensive and competitive panel of insurance products.
FCA-authorised and IDD-compliant, customers have access to our competitive Pet Insurance panel, where we continue to enhance the journey and ensure that our customers have accurate information in order for them to make their own decision.
We took care to ensure that everything from look and feel to tone of voice was aligned with Go.Compare’s wider comparison services.
Working closely with Go.Compare to optimise and enhance consumer options for Pet Insurance, we expanded the original proposition to include Multi-pet, so customers can get even greater savings on their pet insurance, on top of having the ease to renew one policy for all their pets.
We also gave Go.Compare full access to our in-house Marketing Team, who have helped provide bespoke content and digital audits while reacting to market changes in a timely manner, thereby maximising key industry opportunities.
Another major focus for us was reporting and insights. Ensuring that Go.Compare have access to key metrics and behavioural trends daily, we work collaboratively with Go.Compare on ad hoc data requests to assist in roadmap planning, marketing content and much more.
We’ve helped support decision-making across both marketing and product development and continue to strive to have market-leading data portals to support the strategic relationship and needs of Go.Compare.
